8. Payment Policies:Readings are paid for in advance.
Any reading cancelled due to a non-emergency and with less than 24 hour notice given is subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Readings are non-refundable except in the case of the client feeling truly dissatisfied. Should this rare situation arise, Psychic Medium Genie Marie and Mike Hazel Tarot Reader will offer a complimentary reading to rectify the situation. If the client is still not happy then a full refund will be given. Psychic Medium Genie Marie and Mike Hazel Tarot Reader wish all their clients to feel satisfied with their readings and seek to give the highest service possible.
